  7. Description:
  8.     Neko is a little cat who sits on the desktop and chases the
  9.     mouse pointer around. Scientific tests have proved that Neko
  10.     actually increases productivity*

  13. Running Neko:
  14.     To run neko, just double click on the "Neko95" icon.
  15.     
  16.     Running neko a second time will close Neko, removing him from
  17.     your now dull, boring desktop.
  18.  
  19. Alternative Images:
  20.     Neko95 supports external image libraries. A tabby version
  21.     has been included, (tabbylib.dll) but you can create your
  22.         own using any program which allows you to make icon libraries.
  23.         To use the external library, you need specify the name of the 
  24.         library as the first and only parameter on Neko's command line,
  25.         ie:

  27.         Neko95 Doggie.DLL
  28.     
  29.     Where Doggie.DLL is a precreated library for Neko95.
  30.     Note: you can also use shell32.dll or cool.dll for some
  31.     really wierd pet cats.

  34. Problems:
  35.     If the image library could not be found, no icons are displayed.
  36.     You will be warned if there are not enough icons in the file.
  37.     
  38.     If there is heavy processing in the system, Neko95 will sometimes
  39.     flicker. This is unavoidable.

  41.     If a window is being dragged/resized and full window drag is not
  42.     enabled, Neko will vanish for the duration of the drag. This is 
  43.     also unavoidable. A similar effect occurs when doing any drag and
  44.     drop operation.
